Strengthening of the partner organisation and capacity building The project aims to extend and deepen CONAMURI’s capacity for political advocacy through organizational development. The main pillar is training, plus political and ideological instruction for its management and the participation of the grassroots groups, communities and departments - especially that of young, ethnic women. The planning strategy will firmly support this objective. An analysis carried out in the organization identified CONAMURI’s main organizational weaknesses. As a result, improvements have been established in critical areas in terms of To Do, strengthening administration and finances, and planning, monitoring and evaluations methods so they can be applied during the project’s development.
