05ic-4506 - Strengthen Agricultural Coops in Asia-Pacific
The project aims at facilitating the implementation of an enabling legal environment for the development and operation of (agro-) cooperative enterprises. The model cooperatives to be established are a translation of the supported policy development into practice and have a function in awreness raising and training of mentioned target groups. The overall coordination and guidance of the programme will be taken by ICA-ROAP, while national counterparts are responsible for the day-to-day implementation and management on country level. The expected outputs are: Cambodia Improved infrastructure target coops Implementation business planning Improved Market access for products of target coops Improved competence of managers and board members New instruments to strengthen financial resources Laos: Improved infrastructure of target water groups Introduction business plans Improved Market access for products of target coops Improved competence of managers and board members New instruments to strengthen financial resources Vietnam: Improved infrastructure of target coops Introduct business planning Improved Market access for products of target coops Improved competence of managers and board members The total contribution of Agriterra is 145.399 Euro HF op 2-1-06: GO. S.v.p. de inhoud van actieplan weergeven op PWW. In het te formuleren plan moeten de lessen van de eerdere fases verwerkt zijn, waaronder de getrage uitvoering en hoge restsaldo´s. Het actieplan en budget voor 2006 ontvangen. Aanvullende informatie opgevraagd: duidelijke indicatoren en resultaten; opsplitsing van de activiteiten en budget per land; eigen bijdrage etc. Advies MF: Na ontvangst aanvullende informatie zal de informatie op PWW worden geactualiseerd en completeerd. Vervolgens kan het project op formuleren worden gezet.
