05al-4147 - Consolidating AI program & membership development
Alga is a membership organization but did not emphasize this aspect for the last couple of years. With this project ALGA wants to strengthen the organisational structure based on membership development and services for members. Next to this ALGA will go ahead consolidating the Artificial Insemination Programme (AIP) in close cooperation with Central Asian Breeding Services which is giving technical backing to the IAP program, this is the next phase in the cooperation with Agriterra. The first two years of the cooperation focused more on this AIP program for 2005-2006 the focus will also include organisational strengthening and membership focus and development of ALGA.
