03pm-282 - Mutual micro-insurance program
The start of the Pakisama Mutual Benefit Association marks the beginning of a new concept of service delivery to members of producer Organisations and for international business to business co-operation between the Dutch based insurance company Interpolis and the Philippine farmers´ union Pakisama. The Mutual insurance association will cover for health cost and insurance against accidents and death and combines inrollment in the insurance scheme with PO membership.
