It will allow CECOCAFEN to strengthen its leadership as an interest group and its policy-influencing capacities. New spaces will be created for the members to participate actively and systematically in decision making, with the expectation that the affiliates will increasingly assume the direction of their own development by sharing more responsibilities with their integration entity.
