Strengthening of the partner organisation and capacity building
The project’s actions will strengthen management in PRODECOOP and its cooperatives, particularly as related to its institutional To Be and To Do, promoting gender equity and improving marketing services and support for production. Developing an active, functional cooperative marketing model locally will facilitate the dialogue between cooperatives and other area actors, creating firm alliances that will lead to greater influence in the public sector.
