The publication “Reflections from the Use of the Building Resilience Tool (BR-I)” consolidates experiences from over 60 workshops across 14 countries.
It analyses lessons learned in applying the tool, identifies good practices for tailoring it to diverse contexts, and showcases concrete farmer-led climate adaptation initiatives, ranging from water management and agroecology to disaster risk reduction, pest control, and community research.
The document also incorporates feedback from facilitators and farmer organisations, highlighting achievements, challenges, and the improvements that shaped the updated 2025 version of the tool.
